This class is designed to empower families and friends to help themselves and those they love.
Foot Reflexology is a very effective tool to create a “reflex” within the nervous system to allow for deeper states of relaxation and presence.

Foot Reflexology for Health Professionals
Designed for those with previous anatomy and physiology training and experience working in the field of health and wellness.
This training will give participants the skill necessary to incorporate reflexology into their care for their patients or clients.
Ideal for Nurses, Massage Therapists, Yoga Teachers, and Birth or Death Doulas.
